Return Policy

While we take utmost care and follow a strict cold chain process while delivering every Order we receive, We have a 100% refund policy which entitles all our members to return the product at the time of delivery if due to some reason they are not satisfied with the quality of the product. We will take the returned product back with us and process a refund for the full value of the return products which will be credited back to your account from which the payment was made in 4-5 Working days.

No Return will be entertained in the event the pack is opened, or if the fruits have thawed due to incorrect storage method.

Returns are entertained only for the following reasons:

• The products are ordered online through www.veryberryfruits.com only
• The product has thawed at the time of Delivery. The product has to be checked at the time of receiving it from the delivery person. Once the delivery person leaves from your premises, we will not be liable for any claims.

Returns are NOT accepted if:

• If the delivery person has been given instructions from the customer to hand over the Products to the security guards or any other person or asked to leave the products at the security chamber or any other location at the time of delivery as the customer is not at home/apartment
• If the products are not stored at the right temperature as mentioned on the package.
• Due to the taste. Please note, berries are not always sweet. The taste of the berries vary and we do not have any direct control over it as they are grown naturally.
